Buying a new ‘09 Subaru Impreza STI?

I’m considering buying a new ‘09 STI. I have a few questions about accessories and such. Firstly, if I went to a dealership and told them that I wanted my STI with the sports mesh grill, would they be able to install that grill there or would they have to send away for it? How much would installation be on something like that? Also, if I ordered an STI from a dealership (if I didn’t buy one from the lot) how long would it take the car to arrive (if I added a few accessories to it (sports grill, subwoofer, fog lights, exhaust finisher, and footwell illumination))?

You may be able to have the stuff installed for free if it meant you will buy the car. Just try to negotiate that with them. And yes they can install stuff like that there at the dealer if they have a service department. As far as ordering one, production of the 09’s has been over for a while and so you would have to order a ‘10 model and it should take about 8 weeks if they can’t find what you want somewhere in the country. Chances are they can find what you are looking for since there are only a couple of option packages for them. Other than the BBS wheels, fog lights and Navi, things out of the catalog are added at the dealers.
